I LOVE this place. I have been going here for a year. I moved to Arizona from Northern California in Jan 2015 and the first thing I did was start my search and research for all of the suppliers for my beauty needs. hair, nails, massage, lashes and supplies. I have tried a lot of nail shops from lake pleasant to Vistancia. Estrella Nail & Spa, Herbal Nail Bar and Krazy Nail Spa to name a few. They all have their good and bad but what I love about Temptation Nail Spa is that they ARE friendly. They don't PUSH their suggestions on me. If I make a decision that they know is not a good one, they let me know and DO AS I ASK ANYWAY without getting mad at me. They talk in their native tongue AND in English. I don't feel that it's disrespectful because my daughter and I have GREAT conversations with the men and women working there. I don't feel like I'm in a cattle call and I have NEVER waited when I arrive with an appointment. My pedicure and gel nails look GOOOOD when I leave and I have never had to return for a repair because of an error they made. But I have done a few things to mess up my own nails and I didn't blame it on shoddy workmanship. In life, you get back what you give. I have seen some customers come in with their snooty disrespectful attitudes and turn the whole place cold. I have a hunch.....just a hunch...they're the ones writing the bad reviews. I'm HAPPY and I love life and that's what I give out, and I definitely get it back at Temptation Nails.
Grouchy people I see in the shop, have several seats Doll......you're killing the happy vibe in the shop. LOL
