My table has been waiting for an hour to get our meal. When the manager came over to talk to us, he was very abrasive when he stated that he didn't know what happened to our order and then proceeded to claim it would come out within minutes. Needless to say, it was an awkward and uncomfortable moment had by all and the food wasn't even that great. Also doesn't help that we're headed to the Noches de las Luminarias and will lose time in the garden. Then the waiter decided to tell us the "truth" about losing our order.
Edit: The bill was comped. The waiter was very kind about the situation.
