Lauren at Mr. Quigley's office has exhibited some of the best customer service I have ever received, and I have had a career as a Customer Service trainer.
I was in a difficult situation where I needed proof of insurance sent to a company. I didn't have their email address or their physical address. Lauren took it upon herself to Google them, call them to verify it was the correct location and then emailed them the proof of insurance they needed as well as a cc to my email.
Typically in this situation most people would have told me to get back to them after I got the information. Not Lauren. She went above and beyond for me today.
