Worst experience ever at this hotel. This might be the worst Best Western Plus hotel we have stayed. This should be plain Best Western, maybe worst than a regular 2 stars hotel. We booked a king bedroom but we got a two full-size beds room. All they did was apologized and blamed on Expedia (we didn't even booked through Expedia; we booked through hotels.com) and that the 3rd party reserved it and not them. Since we only going to be there for 2 nights, we let it passed. Well, the next day the cleaning later stopped by and told us the room was supposed to be vacated. First they got us a room that we didn't even paid for, they were trying to kick us out a day early. Parking space is limited, the room we stayed is like a 2 stars hotel, not the standard of Best Western Plus.
