I got an e-mail from Lauren not long after I posted my review. She graciously offered to credit my account for the cost of my Mom's style.
This is what great customer service looks like and this is the way to run a business. Go above and beyond your customers expectations and they will not only keep coming back but tell anyone and everyone they know what a great place it is to patronize.
