My experience could not have been better. On a Friday night, after we were all loaded up in the car to go for a nighttime ice cream run, the car wouldn't start. I suspected it could be the battery but it wasn't the same as any other car I've ever had, so I headed to Yelp and started looking for a mechanic and a towing company. I called just after 8am on Saturday, and was given an estimated time via text a few minutes later. Thinking I had lots of time, I set out making breakfast. Before I even had a chance to crack the eggs, I heard the truck reversing in front of my house! The driver jumped my car which did the trick. A less honest company could have gone straight for the tow and charged me an arm and a leg. I hope I won't have to use them again for a long time, but I know that if I ever need a tow or roadside help, they'll be my first call.
