I've been banking at this branch since 2004. I have a personal account and a business account here, and my adult kids have also opened accounts at this branch as well.
The two drive-thru ATMs are convenient, and there is rarely a wait of more than one or two cars. The same could be said for the single walk-up machine outside. There is ample parking, and the location is a convenient stop as I head down Horizon Ridge to head into town.
Inside, I have found the tellers to be well-trained and exceedingly friendly. Although dozens of tellers have come and gone over the years, the same friendly demeanor at the counter has been a constant.
My single complaint about this branch is it often seems understaffed with tellers at the busiest times of the day. Some of the longer waits there have seemed excessive, and I've never experienced such delays across the street at Wells Fargo.
That single complaint aside, I have generally positive feelings about this particular B of A location, primarily due to its prime location and friendly staff.
