This location is the worst Downeast I've been to. I used to really like this store and have shopped here a lot . I appreciate that they are trying to promote modesty and give more options. But the staff here is horrendous. My husband bought me some clothes for my birthday that didn't fit. I brought them back a week later with the receipt and the clothes never worn. The employee named Courtney who said she was a 'manager' said they wouldn't refund me unless I had TWO receipts? What?! Who has heard of that!? Total scam to keep money. I had to waste an hour to get in touch with customer service who immediately helped me out because how ridiculous this woman was being?! She was probably having a bad day but professionalism is a thing and taking your day out on your customers is the way you loose them. Sorry but, I refuse to shop at a company when they put their "policies" over customers and common sense. One week return with tags on, receipt and card purchased with means you get your money back- anything else is a company starving for money. Don't buy something if your not sure you'll keep it bc they won't refund you.
