Does anybody here have any sense or ugency? My Galaxy S5 decided to die on me before I had to go to work. I was out and about when it happened so I rushed to get home and get ready for work so I could leave directly from the T-Mobile store. I explained to them what happened and that I needed JUST the phone. No bells and whistles, no extras, and I knew exactly which phone I wanted. They continuously tried to sell me different phones and additional products. I told them REPEATEDLY I just need a phone and needed to get out. They took their sweet time, kept texting from their own phones, and kept taking calls on their personal phones all the while talking among each other - the manager included - while I kept telling them I needed to go. I understand it was bad timing for my phone to die, which I can't control, but when I verbally tell a salesman several times I know what phone I want and I need to get on the road they should do everything they can to get me out of there as fast as they can - not messaging their girlfriend on Facebook. It was very unprofessional and the manager shouldn't be contributing to it. No one wears name tags so I have no idea who helped me or the names of the other employees who were so terrible. I get having fun at work. Every company should promote a good balance of work and fun but please be serious and professional when someone is on a time crunch to make it to their job so they can make money to pay their bills, and ultimately, be able to pay their cell phone bill.
