The property management team at award reality Corp is absolutely horrible. I lived in the condo for 2 years and it was an absolute nightmare. Craig Ross is the absolute worst. every time I asked to have something repaired it took weeks if not months. after giving plenty of notice to my departure I was thinking I would at least get some of my deposit returned to me. well after the lady at the desk told me "Good luck" i knew it was going to be a struggle. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING CRAIG ROSS OR AWARD REALITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
