After numerous attempts of trying to make an appointment for my kid, leaving voicemails or getting false promises that I would get a callback I finally had received a call today only to get a hostile receptionist (Gaby) stating I had never spoken to her & she didn't know who I had been talking to but she would make sure that I would get my appointment & would call me back once she verified information from the prior office I had visited. Well Gaby did call me back only to become aggressive, rude & refuse to provide services to my kid based on her beliefs looking at records as if she was a dentist or doctor herself! Telling me I have no option, correction I am the parent & I do have options! I was in disbelief and shocked to hear her interrupting me & treating me in a hostile manner! I will definitely take my business elsewhere!
