Justin responded promptly to the service request, same day diagnosis and below market fee of $50 for initial service call(which was applied to final repair cost)
Specifically he was dealing with a 2 & 1/2 year old Samsung just out of warranty so repair work experience I anticipated would have been minimal. Turned out to a blown thermal fuse, but beware there apparently are 2 in these machines and the second was not as conspicuously engineered.
Note to self, AVOID SAMSUNG appliances!!
