I have been going here off and on for about a year and I'm definitely over the way you are treated by the staff. I understand this place is busy, but they need to realize it's people like me who keep coming back that keep you busy. I called first thing this morning to see if I could get an appointment for a pedicure with Susana( who is always amazing) and the girl, Christina, told me two time options. I tried asking if there was anyway to also schedule for a gel polish change, but not with Susana. Her very rude response was we are busy today.... She didn't even make an attempt or give me the option to schedule the pedicure? Then just hung up.... I will definitely not be returning here.
