This was my first time in Montreal and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I feel it was conveniently located in Old Montreal and we had no problem accessing the "metro" and other areas of Montreal.
The staff at this hotel, no matter what time, including the gals who cleaned the rooms were very friendly. The gal at the front desk helped and answered every question we had. She even offered maps and gave us explicit instructions to make sure we didn't get lost.
The breakfast provided at the hotel was just perfect. When we wanted a more gourmet breakfast, we ventured down the street, and found tons of places to choose from.
The only gripe I would have about this hotel, would be the in room air conditioners were rather noisy. I don't know if this was only in our room, but considering how old Montreal is, it was not worth taking away a star.
