We drove from California to purchase a Subaru cross trek . We were working with Ward all afternoon yesterday and last night, the deal was "done". We went this morning to finalize he deal. First, they tell us the car we were looking at originally was gone. We were fine with that and agreed to the other one that was there. We were asked to do a "paper" credit app. We were already approved and told them we were going with USAA rather than their financing. After they took all our paperwork, they came back and said "they" were not willing to let the car go. WTF!! No other explanation. I feel that, like all other dealerships and car salesman, they get you in only to mess with you.
We bought the vehicle they were gong to sell is at the dealership that had the vehicle....with a better deal
