This place is awful. I'm sitting in there waiting room for over an hour before the lady even processed my insurance paperwork what she did incorrectly. When my wife and I corrected her she said we have to speak to her manager so we asked to speak to the manager well guess what she's not in. We called our insurance company and verified that her information was incorrect and that she had process the insurance incorrectly. Their policy is if they collect money from you regardless of having a copay or not. They don't understand the difference between copay and coinsurance and they don't know how to bill. Three or four customers before me had the same issues and they walked out we did the same I'm still in a great deal of pain from a dog bite and I'm going to the emergency room at hospital.
Just an update. I went to scottdale obourne e.r. For help. I was very ill. I was immedeatly treated. I'm being treaded for shock, infection and am seeing a hand surgeon for surgey.
I needed medical when I went to next care. Basically they ignored me. What a shame as far as being urgent care. I filed a greivemce with our insurance company over this. I will never come back to next care
