I've been to this location a couple times and finally decided to leave a review. Not once have I ever received friendly customer service from this location. While I was waiting in line to drop off my package one of the clerks came out to lock the door with two minutes remaining before actual closing time. It was a little offputting to see that this individual was smirking and quite joyful to see people upset that were trying to drop things off.
I understand sticking to closing times in order to maintain labor numbers. But for an employee to physically show how excited they are to upset a customer is very disappointing and unacceptable. And then for this employee to go back to the register and banter with a fellow employee about how those people should've gotten here two minutes sooner is just disgraceful.
It's not fair to say that all postal workers are bitter employees but this location definitely reinforces the stereotype. I will say that United States Postal Service rates are definitely affordable. This location, at least during the times I have visited, has not been too busy
