Quiet part of town. Very friendly front desk (definitely could sense the Southern hospitality here - different from Colorado!). Spotlessly clean which is a must for me as my one child has allergies. Had asked for extra blankets when making the reservation and they had two extra comforters waiting in our room when we arrived.
