While turning left in an intersection and literally 2 seconds after the check engine light came on, my Murano broke down unexpectedly on my way home from work on a Friday. The end result was a repair bill equating to more than I had in my budget. Unable to cover the cost to get my car in full working condition, I had to consider purchasing. My experience with Ryan my sales agent and others to follow; Troy in Service and Alan in Finance was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, honest and understood what my limitations were. The end result is my new Nissan Altima that I am absolutely in love with. Thank you so much Tempe Nissan for taking such good care of me
PS - not only was Ryan my sales rep, but he's also the person who answered the phone late Friday and worked me through the process of dropping off my towed car, etc. Something that started out kind of scary was quickly calmed with his extra assistance on the phone. Thanks so much Ryan!!
