Booked a single King suite during Osheaga (Labour Day weekend). The staff were welcoming and friendly upon arrival, and Room Service were very helpful when we called. We ordered dinner-in-bed one night at 11:30pm and they arrived shortly after with the food. Our unit 1401 had a balcony that faced Av du President-Kennedy but didn't hear any traffic noise. We ordered complimentary balcony chairs (green plastic lawn chairs) and bathrobes from Room Service. It was great waking in the morning and having a tea on the balcony and watching the sun rise. It was a perfect view to watch fireworks on the Saturday night! I would have given this hotel 5 starts but the towels and bathrooms were so rough and stiff, it was very disappointing. The bed firmness was perfect and pillows soft, making sleep easy. For business people, they have all the amenities in the room to plug in your laptop (LAN connection) and use the TV as a monitor (cables) to be productive. Thermostats are smart such that if you have your balcony doors ajar, it will display "Balcony" until you close firmly, then the HVAC will come back on. Overall a great experience and would come back again.
