Our Samsung refrigerator finally gave out on us after a good 10 years of standing, so the husband and I were in search of a new one. We looked at various other home stores as well as online to do price comparisons and model comparisons as well. It just so happen that the very same model fridge we were looking for Best Buy was having a sale on. We went in and checked it out at the Arroyo store and felt that it would be the perfect purchase for us.
The representative by the name of Grace was very helpful. She was able to show us the fridge we were interested in as well as show us other similar models just in case we were curious about any other ones. However, we settled on the one we had our hearts set on. She was very easy going and knowledgeable on the appliance. We did not feel pressured nor did she make us feel like our questions were bothersome.
There was a slight hiccup with delivery but was easily and quickly resolved by Grace and store manager.
The delivery was easy, simple, fast and free. They even took the old fridge!
