I would highly recommend this place to anyone that has a dent (or scratch) on their car! My "friend" bumped into a tree which left a huge dent on the car, and also a pretty good scratch on two panels of the car.
I e-mailed them a photo of the damage, and they gave me a quote and stuck to it! They took their time with my car (2 hours), but they didn't charge me more than they quoted. Now, the dent is completely gone and they buffed out as much of the scratch that they could.
The service was excellent and friendly. Very reasonable prices compared to what you would pay at a body shop. Go here for a quick and easy fix and the only thing you will regret is your "friend" bumping into the tree in the first place!
