Usually we have a good experience at this office. We have seen a couple of different providers and they have been amazing. My only complaint would be today with Dr. Thomas. We were 10 minutes late for our appointment and she would not see us. Yes that's our fault for being late. However, the thing that upset us was that there was not one single other person in the waiting room. Dr. Thomas was clearly not busy. The receptionist informed us that it's difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Thomas as she then proceeded to tell us she would not see us because her lunch was in 20 minutes....how dare someone be late to an appointment with such a sought after pediatrician? Especially when lunch is coming up. Ive never had a check up with my son that's lasted more than 15 minutes and that's when the office is busy!!! I don't want this one incident to taint all of my previous visits with this office that have been good so I will be coming back but just not to see the great Dr. Thomas
