Had a great experience here considering it was noon on a Sunday in a place that serves hangover food. We were seated right away, service was attentive and friendly, and prices were decent. The menu is vast, with all the traditional breakfast options as well as some unique ones like the "crepelette" an omelet/crepe hybrid. They offer dozens of lunch items too. I had the "Flapper" breakfast platter ($8.95) which consists of 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 sausage (your choice of pork or turkey). The eggs were perfectly cooked (I like 'em over easy). Any place that offers a turkey sausage option is awesome for me as a non pork-eater. The real star of the plate was the pancakes. They were perfection! I am usually more of a french toast/waffle person so this was a gamble for me. The pancakes were piping hot, spongy yet fluffy in texture, and really flavorful! Served with a side of hot maple syrup too. I would highly recommend Egg & I to anyone looking to get away from the Strip for an inexpensive and tasty breakfast.
