Bed Bugs and Horrible Customer Service! I ended up having to pay for the two nights I booked despite leaving after the first night due to multiple bed bug bites on my face and neck. The manager, Jenny, admitted an ongoing bed bug problem but insisted it had been taken care of. If anyone has dealt with bed bugs before, you know these are prehistoric pests that persist for years and they are very elusive, hiding in electronics and in the walls, only coming out in the middle of the night to feed. Stay away and save your your money! FYI: Jenny also manages the Days Inn across the street.
