I use Klinke on University often, and usually when I do it is either early in the AM (around 7) or just before close. The experiences have all been pleasant and the customer service has been great. Dry cleaning is expensive and this is no exception but they do have coupons online to make it hurt a little less. I once came in to the store just before close, and was nervous that it would be an inconvenience. However, the kind gentleman working the closing shift assured me that it was fine, and that they would even try to make accommodations should I arrive slightly after close.
As for the cleaning, I have never received any sub-par service or had any issues with my dry cleaning. I have only brought in golf shirts, dress shirts and pairs of pants, never suit jackets or really delicate clothing. Still, the reviews that I have read do not seem to represent the good service that I have come to know that the University Ave location.
Lastly, the convenience factor is what I love most about this location. In by 7 AM, done by that same evening. It makes having a busy schedule and planning out a day just a little bit easier.
