We called a week ago to schedule an appointment for our chihuahua terrier. He is a rescue so taking him to petsmart to get groomed really stresses him out. We decided to give this a try, it seemed pretty legit. We talked to Austin who scheduled us for Sunday June 7th at 8 am. He said he would call the day prior to confirm our appointment. We ended up calling him since no one had contacted us. When he answered he had no recollection or any records indicating we had an appointment at all. He then said he could squeeze us in between 3-4 as long as it wasn't going to run into his other appointments.... Needless to say we cancelled entirely and Austin was very quick to cancel out the appointment. He was not even the slightest bit apologetic for HIS mistake. I will not be using this service again.
