3 stars for the following reasons:
1) Average service
2) Average food
3) Below average Hokkah
Waitresses are usually friendly, but snobby on occasions when you don't plan on spending too much money.
Anyways, they are always friendly to me (or maybe is it the way I talk to them?)
The food here is nasty, to sum it up in one word. My friend ordered Nachos and beer here, he describes the taste as lacking - he was being generous as I was watching him eat all his order up, that and he was hungry.
Hokkah here is horrendous, to sum it up in one word. I have tried nearly every flavor they have to offer, and they are underwhelming to say it nicely.
Aside from the quality of products they give you, the service itself is just right on the dot of being "okay", it is made slightly better with the friendliness of the bouncers...other than that, they have decent music (they a DJ for goodness sake!) and above average atmosphere.
