I give this place only one star.. the star is because of how beautiful the place is..my boyfriend and I walked in and we looked around trying to get someone's attention who worked there, mind you we had an appointment and we were on time. Come to find out one of the girls that worked there was sitting on the couch talking to someone and didn't even acknowledge the fact that we were sitting at her desk. Later she comes by and rolls her eyes and ask "uh do you need help?" .. I mean obviously if we are sitting at your desk. So then she takes out her phone and stays texting on it while we are trying to ask questions about the place. We would always have to wait for a reply because she was too busy on her phone. So then she gets up without saying anything and I guess giving us a tour since she didn't even say anything, so we followed and I'm not kidding it was the most awkward tour I've ever taken! She continued to be on her phone and ignored everything we said... customer service is key and if you don't have it, good luck trying to get people in.
