I would never call these guys again. This past Sunday I called to request a tow. The guy that answered the phone kept putting me on hold in the middle of our conversation. He must of done that 4-5 times. The last time he put me on hold, I held for 5-6 minutes so I hung up and called again making sure it was not my cell that got disconnected. The same person answered, now he was talking to me like I was bothering him. He finally gave me a quote and threw me back on hold. After 5-6 more minutes of waiting, I decided he didn't want to help me and that my business was not wanted there.
