Discovered a few more favorites:
-NYI roll
-banzai roll
-uni nigiri (be warned, some of the pieces were darker so I'm guessing they have a mixture between premium and select ca grades)
I guess I'll update this place with 5 stars because it seems to already have secured its spot in our vegas regimen. We even sit at the same table every time too (the big semiprivate one that's behind noren on the right side of the restaurant with the cool mural). As always, we ate til our hearts content. Food comes out reasonably timed and prompt for the most part and service is never lacking.
