I am in complete awe. I'm sick to my stomach. This company is horrible. I moved into one of there units one month ago and one thing after another just hit the fan. I have been trying to get out of my lease since the 1st week. Their all really rude and unprofessional at the company located here in Phoenix off Shea rd. First I move in and the water doesn't work in the kitchen, the dishwasher doesn't work,brown water coming out of the bathroom shower, it rained and the living room and bed room filled with tons of water from the patio windows. I called and they immediately denied taking ownership and informed me that it's my responsibility to ensure that there were no issues before signing the lease. C'mon who does this to people. Further more the unprofessional attitude and of the women at that office is just horrid. I high recommend that no one do business with any of them. Welcome to my nightmare. By all means Google the reps names there so that you never end up in this boat. I will see them in court...
