Things you need to register your vehicle: emissions (smog test) for vehicles older than 2 years, current NEVADA insurance (they will not accept any other location for insurance), previous (current) regiatration, current (out of state) plates, and VIN inspection.
**If you have a newer vehicle and it's your first Nevada registration be prepared to pay half of your paycheck. Since there is no state tax they make up for it with the car registration. You pay based on the worth of your vehicle. I just payed $417. Not looking forward to next year.
