so glad we are not the only ones who had a horrible experience with this company, so you come to tow a car park in front of someones home because it was in a unmarked, no posted red zone?? it has been parked there for months in same spot, and then paperwork states it was a call-in tow? but the manger says it wasn't her, and the pics take prior to tow, taken in the dark with no flash but it was said the car parked in the street was another story, well the one the manager gave anyways. seems to me someone cant get their stories right, all I know its illegal to tow a car from a home where there is no red zone signs posted and or red lines painted on the pavement, but we filed complaint with BBB, paid $260 for car being taken after few hours when it shouldn't have been in the first place
