I called on a Tuesday to see if they had a stylist who could fit me in the next day (Wed, today 4/1/15), and I explained what I wanted my long raspberry colored hair bleached out to as white as they could get it without damaging my hair and that I HAD to have it done no later than Wed. The receptionist spoke to a stylist who said she would like me to come in for a consult first, and I said I couldn't do that. The receptionist went back to the stylist and came back and said they could fit me in. I showed up for my appointment today, was sat down and then told they couldn't do it after all! She decided she didn't want to do it without the test first and didn't have time to do the test AND do my hair after the test. So ANGRY! They should have just told me "no" when I called on Tuesday and I'd at least respect them still. Luckily I found a salon down the street that could fit me in, knew what they were doing, AND did a better job than I expected anyone to have been able to do considering the request. So moral of the story, if you make an appointment here - don't trust they will actually do your hair.
