Staff was super friendly and even asked if we had ever been in before so they could explain how they are different than other sub places. I had the meatball and it was delicious. I couldn't find a fork and knife at the soda station and someone must have known what I was looking for because one of their employees immediately brought me out some silverware. They kept checking on us to make sure we were doing alright. Great service and yummy food!
