I went to Arcadia wellness center based on the reviews because i was looking to get botox. The office was great and Sarah was nice to work with and I followed her recommendation to get 31 units of botox which seemed like a lot considering the lines in my forehead but i still followed the recommendation. Now FF a month or so and i still had lines and wasn't happy with the results but also was confused how that many units didn't show full if not more than expected results. I went back in received 5 more units and was charged a $1 more than the previous for results i wasn't happy with ( strike 1) . 7 months later I decided to get a consult with another Derm doctor for botox in which they explained there's no way I needed 35 units at most 20 but they wanted to try 18 because I would still be able to achieve the results I was looking for. Therefore I went ahead and got 18 units as recommend (which was a little more than half the amount Sarah recommended). My results are great with the 18 units which made me realize I got completely ripped off for the 35 I received from this office. I was a new to the botox world and should have listened to my gut and others who said don't get oversold. Therefore I would NOT recommend any first time botox clients to go here for your first time. if you do, also get a consult from another office so you don't get over-charged and oversold. Also they give you a flyer to encourage posting reviews on yelp & in return you receive free b-12 shots.
