What a pleasant experience! I am visiting from out of town and desperately needed a haircut -- they were able to squeeze me in with Jahna about 15 mins after I called.
She asked me about my hair concerns, what I needed, etc. and actually customized a blend of shampoos and conditioners based on what I needed. She wrapped my head in a nice warm towel to let the conditioner soak in, and offered a hand massage with Aveda cream.
Jahna was very thorough. I got a basic trim and long layers, and she took the time to style it with a curling iron because I had mentioned I was going out that night.
The whole total for cut, blow dry, style, hand massage was extremely reasonable -- especially for an Aveda salon! I also did a yelp check-in that was good for a free sample, and another employee hooked me up with several little samples, extremely generous.
I wish I lived in Las Vegas so I could make this my regular salon. Highly recommended.
