I came to District Flats and needed to move in the next day. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful, updated, and in a great location. They made my move quick, easy and efficient. The amenities are super nice, especially the pool/grill areas, and I love my apartment. Any time I call down to the office they are always friendly and ready to help. I love that they have storage rooms available on your floor, very convenient. I highly recommend living here!
