My husband and I visited Arrowhead Honda yesterday. We had our hearts set on eventually getting a Honda Pilot, and we already had financing secured, but we also wanted to find a good deal, so we were prepared to walk away if we didn't find exactly what we wanted.
Our experience here was a good one. We pulled into the parking lot and a sales person immediately asked if we needed help. They didn't have any used Pilots, but the sales guy- Michael Gatz- was more than willing to show us a few 2014 models. We had been hoping for a used model, though, so we left without buying. Michael gave us his card so we could call with any questions.
Michael's positive, honest approach stuck with us, and by the end of the day we were back. Within 2 hours, we were driving our brand new SUV off the lot. We even got our financing through Arrowhead Honda at almost 2 points lower than our bank had offered us (kudos to Cory Caldarazzo in the finance department).
