Great food, not just the Pho but all of the rice and noodle dishes. Its always packed but the wait is never too long. Open 24 hours a day I think. The Pho is cheap and tasty. The service is sometimes a little funny, a bit rushed, but they are mostly friendly, I guess you go there for the food anyway, and the food is great.
