4 stars normalized by the following factors:
5 stars to the technicians, Michael and Ben who were patient with answering all my questions and climbed up on my roof to make sure that my dryer is completely clear of dusts which could be a fire hazard in my home. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with.
3 stars for scheduling, mediocre experience with scheduling. You most likely won't get through the first time but they will call you back timely. I get a feel that the operator is just there to schedule and may not have a real knowledge of the services but that could be argued as expected hence the 3 stars.
