My wife was scheduled for a colonoscopy with Dr. Sood arrival time 6;30am. She had an endoscopy a week previous with Dr. Sood. The girl that checked us out at Dr. Sood's office gave us one form to fill out for both procedures, We turned it in on our first appointment. We returned today after a night of the dreaded "clean out", first ones there only to find out that an additional form was required! The surgery center refused to let us talk to Dr. Sood, and our appointment was over! Terrible, terrible customer service and inept office personnel! Enter at your own risk! Memories of Depak Desai!!
