Not worth the name they represent! Called up to this location to schedule a brake and rotar check. Was given a 6pm appointment by Pierce when I called at 5:30pm. Perfect, that means I can run up there now. Nope. Got there ON TIME and had to wait until 6:15 pm before even being ADDRESSED by someone. No hi, no welcome to Firestone, no someone will be right with you. Pierce was COMPLETELY out of line rude! When I and another guy initially walked in all Pierce did was look up from his HOLDING phone call and then look back down. You could clearly tell he was on HOLD for which he remained there for another 20 mins or so while we waited unhelpful. It wasn't like he was talking to them. He could have addressed us as we walked in! When another guy I think by the name of Rob/Ron came in, he nonchalantly explained that he could "fit" me in when a bay became available since I had an appointment. And at what time would that be? Because you only have ONE lazy guy working whose been sitting down outside since I've been watching through the window, you have three cars already on the lift, a room full in the waiting area, and you JUST assisted a guy for a tire repair. So my 6pm appointment is looking more like 7:30pm for which his reply was "well it's not like I can pull a car down and put yours in." I didn't ask that. But what Pierce COULD HAVE DONE at 5:30 was say, we're short staffed and running a little behind... What I can do for you is schedule you for 7:30 but if you'd LIKE to come in a little early JUST IN CASE we can fit you in sooner, you're more than welcome. Not expect me to be okay with waiting 1.5 hours! I should have read the reviews first. Go figure!!!
