Don't use these people unless you don't mind broken appointments and wasting time. I gave them a break the first time because the owner himself took down the wrong measurements, which resulted in a window that didn't fit. So they had to come back out, wasting another four hour block of time. I decided to try them again. No show, so now I've wasted another four hours. Don't let this happen to you.
