I called the salon a few times before someone picked up. I had asked what was the starting price for a balayage/ombre for naturally jet black hair would be and the girl on the line said "I don't know, it's online. However, we only specialize in blondes." The negative tone I received over the phone steered me away immediately. I really would have loved to love this salon, as I hear so many great things about it over social media. However, I am happy that I was able to get what I wanted with fractions of the cost over at The Mint Salon, where it would've cost me $200+ as priced online with little expertise, if any at all, on any hair coloring aside blondes.
