We are big fans of Local Tavern. We visit Mentor and the Paynesville locations frequently. Very satisfied. Sunday was our first experience at the Willoughby location. The service was outstanding. we had the clambake which was absolutely horrible. The chicken was a small drumstick and thigh that was cold, the clams were extremely large, so rubbery you couldn't chew them and the corn on the cob was small, previously frozen and mushy. The cost with diet drinks was $70 for the two of us. Very disappointed, shocked and dissatisfied!
