Great service!
I made an appointment ahead of time so I didn't have to wait in the long lines. I was called to the counter at the exact time of my appointment. I unfortunately forgot to get the name of the worker that helped me. He was at counter 24. I thought I had all of my paperwork together just to find out I didn't :( but the worker was so nice and extremely patient. It took about an hour to process everything, not because the worker was slow but because I was trying to get all of the necessary documents that I needed. But again thankfully the worker was nice and patient and I was able to get everything taken care of.
The only thing was that there should be signs on the outside of the building regarding where to go to check in for an appointment. If I hadn't gone inside and asked, I would have been waiting in that long line (for those that don't have an appt) trying to check in.
