We buy our pets food and supplies at Global. They carry a lot of high quality lines, and we prefer to purchase food that is made and grown in Canada (we purchase Acana). Every time we go to any Global pet store (2 locations in Markham), we always have a pleasant experience. Besides the food they carry, what sets them apart is their staff. Every staff member we have spoken to has always been extremely knowledgeably and friendly. We trust their advice, and appreciate how well trained they are. It is clear it is not just a job, but the staff themselves are clearly animal lovers. There have been times we have been at Pet Smart due to convenience, asked for help, not been confiden in provided help, then headed over to a Global instead. Keep up the good work!
