I wish it was possible to give negative stars. The Rhodes Ranch security entrance detail cannot seem to get their act together. They designate an entrance lane as "transponder only", indicating his lane is for residents ONLY! Then the security team still insists that this lane is also used for guests. And then they YELL at the cars that are residents in the lane posted as residents only. This has got to change. If the security team can't understand which switches to turn on to control lane traffic, they do not need to be working as a security detail in our neighborhood. Even if they are armed, this lack of attention to basic details must be of concern to all RR residents.
